This
mask is very similar to the Italian cheap production masks. It is made of
shaped and glued rubber sheet
The celluloïd eyepieces are directly setted on the facepiece. The exhale valve, of the same type as the Italian masks, is mounted in a metallic casing in front of the mouth. The 25 mm Dia. filter connection fitting is located under the chin. A simple three points rubber straps head harness complete the mask. |

short undismantable corrugated hose connect the mask tho the filter
Two types of filters must be mounted on the mask. One small, as shown on the picture above, of the same model than on the EV 639, but the neck strap is missing.The second, a larger one, as shown on the picture below. |

The E 2–339 moulded rubber mask
is an large improvement of the EV 639 mask. It uses a similar shape
but many parts are improved.
The facepiece is moulded contrarily to the EV 639 who is glued sheet design. The eyepieces are made of Triplex glasses setted on the facepiece. The head harness is a five points madel made of adjustable rubber straps The exhale valve casing is the same than on the EV 639 model |
