PDF Sh 1 & 2 Protivogaz Detskaia Forma  Shkolnii  Children pattern  school age size 1 and 2

The permanently attached breathing hose is located on the front of the mask and the exhale double valve metallic housing is mounted under the chin.

The improved PDF  Sh 1 mask has a head harness made of rubber straps.

The PDF  Sh 2 mask is the larger size of children masks. It is suitable for children aged from ten to fourteen years old.

The facepiece is of same design than the PDF  Sh 1 mask but larger and with common 50 mm dia. eyepieces.

The PDF - D is a very small mask suitable for from about one and half year babies up to four years.

Made of shaped moulded grey rubber, it has very little eyepieces ( 30mm dia.), tightened by crimped rings.

Due to its very small size, a curious disymetrical arrangment was necessary  to put in place the hose and the exhale double valve metallic housing which are located on the each sides of the mask.

The permanently mounted short corrugated hose  links the mask to the common GP 5 filter

The mask is tightened on the head by means of five points elesticized straps.

At the middle of eighties, an improved mask has been issued. It has the same facepiece  made in black rubber but a plastic exhale valve housing in place of the metallic one of the previous mask.

The improved mask has a head harness made of rubber straps.

PDF D Children mask, new serie

The PDH  Sh  1, is a similar mask than the PDF  D one but has larger size and of more conventional design with larger eyepieces ( 35 mm dia. ).

It i designed in two sizes for children from four to ten years

All this masks are transported in a small canvas bags with shoulder strap.
