Folkgasmask M 39 KT OY Civilian protection mask

Hood mask of very close desing to the German Volksmaske M 37, it is made of moulded and glued green rubber sheeting. 

It has a bakelite front piece including the filter screwing and a exhale valve in place of the flutter valve of the VM 37, directly glued on the facepiece.  

The Triplex glasses are tightened on the facepiece by means of crimped rings. 

A narrow rubber strap is located at the rear edge of the hood to adjust the hood on the head if it is needed. 

            Various 40 mm threading dia. filters had been  
            delivered with the mask.

 

 

Folkgasmask M 38 Nokia Civilian protection mask

Simple design mask but very good quality stockinet covered rubber.  

A quite small filter cartridge is directly screwed on a metallic frontpiece. 

The Triplex glasses are housed in metallic ring fasteners binded on the facepiece. 

A five points adjustable head harness complete the mask. 

            A small carrying case with shoulder strap is
            provided with the mask.
